Let's face it, buying a house is a big deal. For everyone. Everytime. Whether you are buying your first home, relocating your family, moving up or moving on, buying a new house is exciting. It can also be intimidating, overwhelming and even a little scary. That is why having a Point 3 Agent on your side during the process is so important
Why have a Buyer's Agent?
Buyer's Agent is FREE to the Buyer. Some people think they can save money by not using a Buyer's Agent. In most cases, this is simply not true; and in fact, it is usually just the opposite. In residential real estate, the commission is typically paid by the seller whether or not a Buyer's Agent is involved. Where else can you employ the services of a trained and experienced professional for FREE?
More Negotiating Power. Having a Buyer's Agent helps you when negotiating with the seller. It is our contractual duty as a Buyer's Agent to negotiate the best possible purchase price for you. No really, it is!
Full access to the MLS. As a member of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), your Point 3 Agent has full access to the searchable database of MLS listings. Once we determine what you are looking for we are able to provide custom and up to date searchs to find available homes that meet your needs and wants. You will receive automated emails alerting you to homes that fit your search as soon as they hit the market.
Saves You Time. Why do something yourself when you can have a professional Buyer's Agent do it for you? A Point 3 Agent will spend time previewing homes and staying current and familiar with listing inventories.
We are Always Looking Out for You. Buyer's Agents have a legal and ethical responsibility to represent your best interest at all times. Buyer's Agents have the duty to be loyal to you and you alone and to promote your best interests. We will always have your back.
Takes Care of the Paperwork. From writing the offer, reviewing seller disclosures, to reviewing title work and closing documents...it is nice to have a trained professional by your side to handle the paperwork and to answer any questions that you may have. Let's be honest, this stuff can get pretty confusing.
We have a "guy" for everything. Over the years we have developed relationships with other real estate professionals, including home inspectors, mortgage lenders, designers, stagers, plumbers, electricians, contractors and other real estate specialists. We know from experience which ones can deliver consistently and on time.
It's nice to have a friend in the business. The most rewarding aspect of working with our clients is the relationship that is formed. We hope that if you ever need help buying or selling real estate in the future, or know of anyone that needs help, we will be your first call.
